@SECRET_ASIAN_MAN OK 52 pounds down to new record weight. 1.5 lb muscle mass gain, bone mass gain, fat content down and I’m leaving for the gym soon. At this point it is also the only way I can allow my frustration to exit my body over what just happened in this country.

I'm the 2% that is having no problem moving on and taking humor in all that unfolds.
My focus remains on personal health--which includes not allowing politics to dominate my mind space.
While loving the people and companion in my life does.
