@MidnightRider oh, the vulture capitalists are trying really hard to do that, not just with multi-units, but with single family homes. everything MUST be for the profit of the already wealthy
@redenigma Yup, around here greed rules. Governments aren’t exempt either. Thirteen percent on cannabis in NY and massive state debt ( #2 in the nation) mismanagement plain and simple. So glad to never be paying NY taxes again, just a casual visitor now.
@SECRET_ASIAN_MAN We definitely need some kind of reform to the rent and housing system, but I don't think a simple cap is going to do it.
