Hear me out.
THEY work for US.
Why is it that we accept such unprofessionalism and churlishness from THEM, but not a coworker or employee?
At the risk of sounding like an elitest snob (again? 🤔), so many in the public eye have no class.

You can't change the world if you don't change yourself first. “Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.” — Leo Tolstoy
They need serious self help.
@SECRET_ASIAN_MAN @DanIsWriting You can only really create equity in small numbers with friends, spouses or other loved ones. The land of the broken toys in that Christmas cartoon is everyone now. Many thought a worldwide connectivity would bring us closer, I don't think it did. Frankly when long distance was expensive people communicated more, I'm not sure why.
@SECRET_ASIAN_MAN: Because they view it a) as a game, b) as a source of huge income, and c) they've learned over the decades from both Dems and the GOP that the government's job is really to tell people what to do rather than listen to what the people have to say. More particularly, it's to force cultural changes the party in charge wants, and because they get the votes, however they manage it, it's legal if the follow procedures and don't get caught cheating.
@SECRET_ASIAN_MAN: Also, they're being unprofessional, classless, bloviating, ignorant, dangerous fuckwits because they are legit representing their voter base. They're behaving the way their base wants them to behave, the way they themselves behave or at least wish they could behave at work but do in public and at home.
@SECRET_ASIAN_MAN agreed. Its also good to remember that most of them don't represent 'us'. Not that we cant demand better of them, just the same, but they were put there by people who rewarded them for their bad behavior right from the beginning.
