I am seriously considering dipping deeply into my savings and buying a condo up on Mt. Hood. I'm not certain how many more "Portland winters" I can endure. ("Portland winter" = nine months of gloomy skies, temps in the 40s, and rain) I need to be able to look out my window and see snow, dammit!
