I think that for my own mental well-being, until at least Monday, I'm going to delete unread EVERY political email that appears in my mailbox.

Needless to say, this will impact no one and nothing in the world except me. And I'll have hours of free time normally spent reading them and I won't have to do daily double doses of anti-depressants and blood pressure meds.

I just followed through and deleted all of today's unread political emails.

Unread posts dropped from 67 to 6, and those six are all recipes or music or entertainment news.

Much better!

@BenA My only political email was for door knocking for a local Democrat politician.
