Well, we just had an adventure! First EVERYONE is okay. My smallest cat, Bandita CLIMBED the ladder and then realized she could not get back down! I had to climb up the ladder and get her. (Fortunately as it turned out) I was most of the way down the ladder with her when she absolutely panicked, kicking me in the chest and neck - claws out - and knocked over both me and the ladder. She then tore right off - toward the street! I managed to catch her by the tail at the last possible second. Damn.
