Also, since your OP, the community seems to be shifting more and more into using /#Help for pretty much any kind of help, which has led me to remove my pinned help/support column, so I almost never see them now. Which may be best for all concerned.
So basically do as you like, no sweat, don't even listen to me. 🙂
