Has anyone ever conducted studies on social media on how much mansplaining and gatekeeping White men do versus Black men? Is it similar? That is .. is this a man thing or a White man thing because I feel like it's a White man thing ...
I feel its unique to White men to feel the need to mansplain things to women and especially BIPOC women more so than Black men who seem to just know better than to pull that nonsense.
@thewebrecluse Watch more Youtube; you'll see that black men can mansplain just as well and frequently as white men. Then again, no one should probably watch more Youtube.
@RealSeanBrodrick 😂 I don't watch much YT but that's interesting data to know. I am thinking mainly about social media environments. YT is a special brand of toxicity though 😂

@Rupiefied2020 @thewebrecluse Oh yes, and there are YouTubers who are definitely part of my entertainment complex. Mainly movie reviewers, like Red Letter Media, Kainan Becker (Ghost Pirate Entertainment on Youtube), The Horror Geek, and Robin Bailes of Dark Corners Reivews. Also, honest game reviews save me SO much money by revealing how crappy many new games are.
