@dougclose I took a look at Mastadon too and the servers thing threw me off. I like the idea of a more global space rather than isolated server based one. That’s the one thing that made me choose CoSo over Mastodon. I’m not sure how it all works over there but I wasn’t drawn in by it.

@maggiewashburne it does! It all feels very new and not quite ready yet. I really hope the devs put the work into making it more functional. From what I’ve seen so far they’re really on to something here. I hope they can keep up with it and make it more mainstream in terms of app development.

@prodigy it gave me “Bad Gateway” a couple of times but for the most part I’m navigating the app with no issues so far 😂

@maggiewashburne yeah I found the bell and I can track notifications through it, I was hoping more for an external marker, like Twitter or Facebook where I receive a sound notification or a visual marker while the app is closed.

Is there a way to receive notifications via the app? I’m not getting anything to tell me when I’ve had interactions and it’s bugging me, a lot.
