Why are Conservative Extremists so obsessed with Dylan Mulvaney? Every time a company endorses her or she endorses a company, without fail, they attack like rabid dogs.

The first and most common is reflexive, immediate slogan-regurgitation and aggression.
The second and much less common is still reflexive but self-stewing, patient, planning, the kind that usually hides behind passive-aggression initially and then slowly ups the stakes until blowing up, and it also actively recruits enablers, accessories, and dupes.
