Dear Jewish community. Please stop asking "How do I get more Jews of Color to come to X?" That is the wrong question. Seriously, look inward, ask yourself if JOC's would want to come, would they feel included? Also, be honest about your own personal networks. And create a community that is welcoming and inclusive for all
