Wisconsin legislators are fucked up. I already got my absentee ballot, and abortion rights were on the ballot, I voted. Now I hear that the asshole legislators are not going to put the referendum on ballot, does that make sense?

@RWCowman Yes to confuse the issue. Also there was a recent ruling you can't void and resubmit an absentee ballot. Don't know where that stands ATM but changing rules to confuse is a game.
