@Boilergal So I've been in dog rescue for decades and these are very common names for goldens. Might I suggest something odd from your hobbies? Names of exotic wood, yarn colors, Hamilton related π Not sure what your wife is into but pick something from her hobbies as well?
Also, sometimes the dog will give you the name after you know them a while. And thank you so much for rescuing!!!!!
So much this. My dogs & cats have always "told" me their names eventually.
I did pick Poe out of that list for the same reason. π

iβve been in a Mark Twain compendium for months- Finn, Sawyer and Wilson. Also love Edgar Allen - so Poe. Also thought of Hammy for Hamilton. Weβre told the names they were given were - Miracle, Angel and Steve π€£
