At the vet, Ace getting an x-ray on that leg. Vet thinks might just be degenerative joint disease. Which I'll take over cancer any day 🤞#dogsofcoso

FUCK, vet said x-ray inconclusive. Took a sample of the joint fluid and found traces of blood. Said not bone cancer but couldn't rule out soft tissue cancer.
Said a CT scan would be better diagnostic. So now we'll have to make a trip to the city sometime in the next couple weeks.
In the meantime pain meds and lots of extra loving 💜💜💜💜

So the BEST news!! I took Ace to a different vet for a second opinion. Shelled out $$ for another round of x-rays and this vet said he saw NO sign of cancer and that a CT was not necessary. (saving me between 3-5k)!!
He did put him on a prescription diet lol
So glad I got a 2nd opinion.
