About 22 years ago, I was looking to do more physical activity as part of my learning at NYU. I looked at my schedule and had two options: Swing dance or TaeKwonDo. I chose swing dance, which was a great choice, socially. My wife was happy to connect with someone who could dance. I ended up taking up TKD after college. Recently I learned about the NYU Sport TaeKwonDo team winning big college tournaments & it brought back a lot of great memories. This was under the Christmas tree this morning. ❤️
I’ve been supporting St. Jude Children’s Hospital for almost two decades through crazy athletic feats like marathons and now push-up challenges. With just four days left, I still have 600 push-ups to go. I know I can do it.
