I am a 59 year old white man. I was brought up in a sheltered environment, but taught right and wrong. My adult life has been pretty vanilla, but I’m cool with that. I am an atheist, so not encumbered by alot of fake morality. I am horrified by the continuous bullying and killing of people who are “different”. This has to stop. How do we change how half of our society thinks? Just throwing out some thoughts. Thanks for listening.
@ToolPackinMama Unfortunately, when it comes to voting, they are, or these races wouldn’t be so close. You right in saying there are more registered Dems, but it doesn’t matter if they don’t vote.
@PghGuyInFlorida Have you ever heard of gerrymandering?
@PghGuyInFlorida the key is trust. ppl have to trust that nothing bad will happen if they are different and feel not being in power by intact democratic processes. they have their point but acting like this goes against republicans core value freedom. or abortion being euphemized by democrats goes against hogging moral high ground. in problem solving different biases are positive. the solution is to define a goal. growth without unnecessary suffering.
@PghGuyInFlorida First of all, stop thinking of them as half of us. They are nowhere near that numerous.
