Recently retired, so pleased to say it no longer matters where I worked/what I did before.
Likes: smart and caring people, #photography, #science, #history, #geology, #travel, countries and #cultures different from my own, new and unusual #foods, #music and #people, being #outside and #active, and oh - #volleyball. And craft #beer !!!
Dislikes: selfish people who go out of their way to hurt those who are different from themselves... in other words, Republicans.

I keep seeing Sandy Hook Promise ads saying gun violence is preventable if you know the signs.
I agree: Gun ownership is the single greatest predictor of whether a person will commit gun violence.
People who don’t own guns tend to not shoot people.

It unfortunately boils down to "How do we deprogram at least a third of the population?"
