A reminder that it is considered unethical to set fire to difficult customers. Also, re:HSA Section 11 of the 2005 Act states that employers are required to prepare and revise adequate emergency plans and procedures and provide the necessary measures for fire fighting and the evacuation of the workplace. This would include the now-enflamed customer, and we do not have that.
It feels to me like there's been a boost in "we're not gonna take it" energy late in 2022--am I right? Iran, China, strikers in the US taking on big health care and rail industries.

I don’t mean to be a Grinch, however.... to those of you who are placing Christmas lights/decorations in your yards, would you please avoid anything that has Red or Blue flashing lights together!! Every time I come around the corner, I think it's the police. I have to brake hard, toss my Jack Daniel’s out the window, fasten my seat belt, throw my phone on the floor, turn my radio down, and push the gun under the seat. All while trying to drive. It's just too much drama, even for ChristmasThanks

Today, let us all take a moment to reflect on the many women who have lost their lives to violence. The 14 women killed in the Polytechnique Montréal attack on December 6, 1989. Missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls who suffer because of who they are. All the women who are victims of racism, inaction and misogyny—so often unseen and ignored.
