Our former management spent all the money generated throughout the lockdowns on a delusional strategy, happily left the company, and handed an utter clusterfuck over to the new management.
The new management, of course, are cutting costs and restructuring. Multiple roles are being made redundant. My team lost 4 people so far, even though we make the core product. I check my work emails every 20 minutes even after clocking off.
It ain't fun.
