Morning CoSo….So yesterday my trainer told me he and his wife are expecting their first baby. I am sooo soo happy for them. Then he proceeds to tell me that going forward my weigh-ins are going to be unannounced 🙁 I guess this is one way to keep me focused and on track. Ooohh boy
