Morning CoSo…. I am sooo in the mood for a bacon or sausage Pattie, egg n cheese on a toasted buttery garlic bagel….OMG I can’t even tell you all the last time I had that.

But instead I’ll have an egg white omelette with fresh turkey, peppers n onions and hot sauce (chalula of course)

God I hate being healthy sometimes lol
