Do we have any bakers out here in CoSo Universe? I’d like to know if I prebake cookie shot glasses, can I freeze them to use at a later date(maybe a week later).

Also, do I line the inside with chocolate before I freeze them or freeze them, then defrost then line with chocolate?

Hopefully someone can help me

@Patti1120 I think if you bake and freeze, they'll be too soft. Also if you line with choco, I think it'll crack.

I'd go with freezing the dough if you have to make it ahead.

@kismatt the dough isn’t the issue as it’s easy to make. It’s the molding of them. I have to make like 50 of them so trying to figure out if I could pre-bake. I read certain doughs freeze well when already baked but wanted to see if anyone has done it before

@Patti1120 I have always found any frozen and defrosted cooked pastry to have a weird, almost ozone-ish flavor that sort of spoils it for me.

But it also appears that 90% of people cannot detect it and it is fine for them.
