I've had many male bosses like him, it only works if you get the right people around you who can manage your instability and steer you gently away from nonsense ideas without triggering a wrath eposide. @PussyFootingAround There is a 'tear it all down' mentality in narcissists when triggered but it would be new for him. I suspect someone yesterday told him this was a huge issue and he saw red, saw it as ppl 'stealing from him' and he went nuclear with controls he has no real idea of how to work and hes broken it. @TrueBloodNet I read everything from academic papers to literally gossip sites, it is and always has been a good source of information, I just feel elon is a dreamer, but he's not a boss, he dreams up the wild ideas for others to execute.
