While technically simple, Haikus are deceptively challenging to craft. Brevity and complexity make difficult bed-fellows! Three lines: 5, 7, and 5 syllables. Simple, not so!
Sun-kissed path unfolds,
Sparrow takes flight, day awakens,
Night descends, stars glow.
Morning has broken,
Sparrow's trill, day's light awakens,
Dusk descends, shadows dance.
