True, but the downside of stock traded publicly is that it can be bought out, then single entity owned, as happened with Twitter.
Much better model would be one vote, per account user ... with an exemption on dormant accounts not used within last 12 months day before any vote announcment cut off.
But thats my observation, equally, something run by an ethical individual, which does not bow to fear or favour can work too.
Elon does not fit that critera though.

I do think that the place SM has in society, to deny users the ability or right to create accounts, from a bot determination as final can actually be prejudicial, & possibly unfair.
Provided of course, that social acceptable norms have not been exceeded, or the free speech etc ... but also that sufficient warnings & things, which are then taken off account record after certain timeframes for clean slate etc.
