Yeah, you learn about caps & sunscreen & vitamin C & E really fast when you need a carcinoma removed.
At least it isn't a melanoma.
I had squamous, which is worse than basal, but still not terrible.

I had to have a spot removed from my nose, and then another about five years later from the side of my face, ages ago.
I started taking supplements after the second one. A lot of antioxidants.

The last pandemic has made a bunch of people crazy. They no longer trust health authorities. It's a dangerous situation.
@gemswinc I don't think they have any idea the level of crazy this is, because huge levels of the virus has been found in infected cow milk. It has killed lots of barn cats drinking it. If they really want to help H5N1 jump to humans, that would be the way.
