@Eulimnadian I did pretty much everything. We took my van & I hitched my boat & took it down. A couple of them flew down & back.
We used to rent a place for a month down in the keys (usually Marathon) every year. Then I bought a place in Pensacola & we just went there for a few winters. It got to be too big of a pain, though, so I sold it about 5 years ago.
