Actually yes. My best friend here is a black African who has just become a Japanese citizen. (I'm a permanent resident, not a Japanese citizen.) Both of us are here for life.

@OldCountryDoctor okay,, well its not.in the media that much to there nothing or little about this..like if u wash a chinese/japs documentary,, u will hardly come across the term "black chinese or black japanese
