i am feeling a bit peckish. but it's just after 3 am. i woke up at midnight...cuz apparently that's how i roll these days. 2 hours of sleep then i wake up & am tired for the rest of the fucking day.
1st day at the new job was yesterday. a bit of a whirlwind but manageable as i'm working remotely for now.
but i need to sleep. got any ideas, peeps?
@singlemaltgirl those lofi music channels on YouTube can be a good white noise to help you relax.
@singlemaltgirl I can sleep through most anything but my body only rests for like 4 hours at a time.
I mainly use deep breathing exercises to defocus my kind of I can't sleep.
That said this is more soft mellow music that doesn't interrupt your concentration with to much tone shifts. The term white noise is just easier to get the point across.
