The case law noted by the states regarding the above 👆 quote refers to other states suing the dept of commerce regarding the citizenship question on the 2020 census. For people who were already *alive & living within* the complainant states.

Seems a stretch to include not yet actualized pregnancies or births within that case law, esp since they've been steadily decreasing anyway, but IANAL 🤷‍♀️

From what I am reading from that case. They want it to be legal to rape teenagers and force them to bring the baby to term

back in the 80s, teen pregnancy was a concern because kids were dropping out of school.

now over 30 years they want to encourage it again
