Easiest way for me is to safe GIF to my computer and use the
Add media icon and upload

I'm on a pc
Check the file size of the gif It may be too big
or try another gif.
I have a couple that won't load
Check the guide ( if you haven't already ) and maybe someone else will come along who can help
