I woke up with the worst kink in my neck of my life. 😫😭 After some meloxicam and prednisone, I'm thankful to say I can now look down a little bit and turn my head a little more to the left. I think it's also possible I might have pulled my neck muscles #mucking yesterday? Dunno. 🤔
@Notokay I was thinking about a heating pad, but now there is a toasty kitty draped round my neck. 😂
