Normally I admonish people to use the tools. If you don't like what someone's saying, mute or block, all that.

But I'd like us to consider _not_ blocking each other for a bit, so we can actually listen to and be present for one another _when things are tough_.

That also means, before you post, maybe think if there's a way to say what you mean, in a way that doesn't make others feel _injured_.

I'm not saying be silent, just try to be gentle, so we can be with each other.
