Spain's woes with excessive rain and flash flooding continue further to the south around Barcelona. 200mm (25in)in a couple of hours.
@NorthernInvader 200mm is just under 8in. It's a lot, but not more than 2ft.
@sumpnlikefaith Dang you're right ;) I was using Google to convert and just took the first one that came up. But if you actually go to the page and do the conversion you get the right answer 7.8740157 and an explanation for the 25.4
