Here is Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's official statement on the RCMP report on the assassination of a prominent Sikh activist, a Canadian citizen, on Canadian soil, at the behest of India's PM Modi.
While he hasn't yet commented on it part of that investigation also showed India through Modi fraudulently helped Pierre Poilievre become leader of the CPC.
@singlemaltgirl and the cPC is blaming Trudeau for letting the info go public.
@NorthernInvader why? aren't they the ones that wanted all the chinese interference public and csis wouldn't let it?
it's b/c it paints pp in a bad light. even tho i think it's damning for the cpc, i still don't think trudeau has a chance.
@singlemaltgirl I was really disappointed to see The Tyee with an editorial today saying there is a revolt amongst cabinet members. No one, at all, has produced any proof of this happening. Until there is proof I consider it to be rumor mongering yellow journalism.
@NorthernInvader I have just read the statement released by PM Trudeau.
As a British Cosonaut I am struggling to find words to describe how I feel.
Thank you for sharing the statement.
@NorthernInvader I am glad that someone has finally taken a stand on this issue.
I don't think it is okay when _any_ country does this.
@NorthernInvader india is playing a game straight out of china. deflect, gaslight, & retaliate even tho they did a bad thing.
