This is now my default bread recipe. I've been working on it for a while. I weigh ingredients as it is more accurate than measuring cups.
Here's the result and yes I didn't shape one loaf well 🙂 also made large applesauce muffins (with dates, walnuts and semi-sweet chocolate chips) today too.
@NorthernInvader They look fabulously delicious. I can imagine a slice of that bread with pumpkin puree and those muffins with dark chocolate almond milk. Yum! Yes, I vicariously enjoy your magic baking .

Nope, not me. I am not a baker. I don't have the patience and it's too hot to turn on the oven...in our house, anyway.
