The Columbia River here is about a meter below normal and one side effect of that is seeing rocks that were previously under water.

@Tattoomonkey29 not 100% sure. Likely a combination of drought and repair/maintenance work on the dams upriver. Snowpack in BC is much lower than normal this year.
