I give up. Butter has become so expensive I didn't want to use it to grease my bread pans, so I used olive oil this time. Bad bad bad idea. The dough absorbed the oil and as a result both loaves completely stuck to the pans. So I quit and ordered 2 silicon bread pans. 😂
