@NorthernInvader

I've already scheduled my new Covid vox for Monday, first day Walgreens offering the newest updated Vax! This will be my 7th shot for Covid.

Then in a month I'll do the high dose Flu. Another month for the RSV,

@Gladari I'm waiting for all 3 to be offered here. Looks like the RSV one won't be free the others are

@NorthernInvader

I think Medicare is covering that one. Monday will see all 3 available, but because I only have one arm that can accept shots (or blood tests for that matter) I space them out. Plus, I get a reaction to the Covid shots every time - an itchy burning rash on that arm lasting for a couple of weeks after.

@Gladari I'm in BC Canada and asked my pharmacist yesterday and he said he didn't think BC Ne was going o cover the RSV. I don't care I'll still get it - they didn't cover my Shingrix shots either

@NorthernInvader

Medicare covered both type of Shingles shots. However, here was my dilemma: I've never had chicken pox. My younger sister had a bad case of it when I was about 12 - exposed but didn't get it. My son had a very bad case when he was in Jr. High - exposed but didn't get it. Asked each doc who were pushing me to get it - why if I never had CP? Finally I acquiesced & got the dang thing - but now do I have that dang virus in me that I never had b4?

@Gladari @NorthernInvader it's the dead virus so it's just training your antibodies to take it out at the knees should you be exposed. Mo better
