Confusion is one of the joys of aging. What a day. I was scheduled for an endoscopy this morning and I screwed up the instructions by having a cup of coffee around 8am (thought it was allowed but that's only for a colonoscopy) so I had the choice of waiting 4 hours or rescheduling. Chose rescheduling and went home. The taxi that took me for the test was 10 minutes late. Several hours after getting home I went to use my phone - lost. Used Google to find it and had to go back to hospital.
only to find the day surgery section now closed and no one there. Found a nurse who could get in there and once there she had me use one of their phones to call my number and it was there.
Only good part of the day was walking home from the hospital in bright sunlight (it's only a 15 minute walk from my home)
Time to go eat a "cookie" and forget about this day :)

@NorthernInvader definitely an interesting day. Bet that was a cold walk but the sun is always so lovely to enjoy.
