Dinner tonight. I make some odd pizzas 🤣 yellow tomato sauce & tomatoes, Calabrese sausage, refried beans, pesto, 4 different Italian cheeses (Pecorino, Provolone Piquante, Asiago, Romano)
@NorthernInvader I was just thinking that I want some pizza! Too late for it tonight, but I’ll make the dough and let it proof for tomorrow’s dinner.
@Eponine I'm too lazy to make the dough anymore - I buy thin crust flats and use those.
