Off duty guard decides to detain 3 teenagers who he thought were going to rob a store with firearms

they were returning Airsoft guns

Then the guard thought one teen was reaching for a non-existent gun and decided to shoot them... and continued to do so while standing over them

There will never be enough guns to protect us from Sociopaths who have fantasies about being able to use their guns to kill people
