How’s everyone doing?

Solid 5 mile run! It’s tougher with the higher elevation but awesome all the same!

Good morning groovy souls! It's 815 and I'm burning daylight. It is time to run.

The mountains are beautiful here, the birds sing their joyful morning songs. Cool humidity still drifts on the breeze, but I know it's fleeting. Today will be a scorcher and if I don't move tail the time will see the day become a muggy wall of heat.

Dear friends. I am on my way to rest. I've missed spending time with you the last few days, but life is moments. We will have new moments together soon.

There has been such joy! Tomorrow looks to be a pretty quiet day.

Moments to breathe and be present are a great gift.

My first day here with @Vozy has been kind of a blur. We've got groceries and done some work on the porch. It's been fun but my goodness has the time just gone by.

I haven't had much of a chance to check in here yet. How's everyone?

Good morning groovy souls! I’m up early and had intentions to travel north today to see a friend from Canada but their kids came down with a bug so now I think I’m going to sleep a bit more.

This gives me more time to plan an efficient trip because I know @LlamaMountainStudioArts is near where we were to meet.

I got here with @Vozy and though it's my first time here, it also felt like coming home. #Cosofam is a real thing.

I'm comfortable in my space, the grounds here are beautiful, I'm looking so forward to the next 11 days.

For now though I need to rest so I can get up early to run tomorrow!

You are ultra rad, but life seems to move by rhythms and sometimes I fall out of sync, but you're always my buddies and I look forward to the moment we can connect again!

I got some solid sleep last night which was sorely needed.

This morning, there has been much time with my buddies talking and sharing. It's been an overall wonderful time.

Things are continuing to evolve, and now I'll be making a trip to Canada to move a friend on the 3rd (I was supposed to be there now but it got cancelled)

Life continues to be full of surprises!

I have had a very slow morning due to the joy of being able to sit and talk with my spirit family. It is a joy to be visiting with my Editor in Chief and their partner.

Between meditation and breakfast have been long spans of conversation and the sharing of time.

There is no better reason that I can currently conceive of for being off schedule. Moments are precious things.
