Good morning groovy souls.
It is a joy to be present here with all of you, to catch conversations as I drift through my days.
The light you shine, the friendship and care you each share with me, it is a wonderful treasure.
Thank you all for being here with me, as I venture through my days and you venture through yours.
Onward, toward the dawn!
@p3R1n01D It's all good! It's the shape of the ears and the overall body structure that led me to think that.
Would you be comfortable telling me what rough geographic part of the country you are in? I'd probably be able to narrow it down for you if so.
I'm thinking those might be white tailed jacks.
@NiveusLepus
Hey, that's the critter! Thanks for the info, we weren't sure how to find out what they are!
The entry describes them perfectly, right down to the brown spot/stripe on the top of the tail. Now I know what to research to help them even more!
We've been amazed how curious they are about us. They've gotten closer and closer over the summer, now running directly up to me and stopping only a couple feet away. ๐
They seem to "meditate," like cats, very soothing to have around! โค๏ธ
@NiveusLepus
They definitely have white tails, with a little brown/gray spot on the top where it meets the spine.
No problem on general location, but thanks for asking! I'm just outside of Boulder, CO. About 5.5k feet elevation, on the flats along the front range.
Gotta split right now, but looking forward to hearing more! ๐ ๐ฟ๏ธ
