@wolfwoman I preferred Google when Google wasn't being evil. The concept isn't a bad one but Googles track record for doing anything without exploiting it of late isn't so good.

@Lucky188 @wolfwoman They blatantly and deliberately dropped that tag line and created a new company to distance themselves from the concept.

This may be cynical but, while the younger Google seemed more focused on innovation and progress I am fairly convinced they were always mercenary.

@NiveusLepus @wolfwoman A for profit company is always profit first. It has always been their way, more recently the search results are so skewed by the monetization that they have reach near uselessness.
