Good morning groovy souls.
No gym today. I want to go, quite intently, I've been doing everything i can for the last four hours to try to get to a place where I can go run, but the body is just not there.
I know if I push this thing, it's going to break.
This has been happening the last few weeks, and I don't understand what it means, but I'm working through it as best I can.
Acceptance is not surrender but a path to overcoming the obstacle.
There's been a lot of things out of calibration. My sleep has been off, and especially in the last two weeks, something has seriously been out of calibration.
My recovery seems shot. Is this age? Am I fighting off a bug? Are aliens abducting me and putting me through my paces at night?
Who knows, but I'm going to watch this mindfully and make the best decisions I can.

Morning Becca... Perhaps just a long walk to acclimate to your current surroundings? Your hare-trigger ( see what I did there?) Might just be dealing with new location and weather ie pressure and pollen issues? Maybe just walking might help.
