Got my flu & covid jabs today :)
PCP referred me back to Ortho, where I've been seen *checks notes* 9 times in the past 7 years. My bad shoulder is really bad this time (long story). Interesting to me is that my PCP is reluctant to the point of refusal, to give me a cortisone injection. She's great but this is a thing that makes me go "hmm".

Interesting, how long has it been since you had one?
@CinnamonGirlE Years! Not since my elbow (broken then post traumatic arthritis) flared up. She is just ... "let's try literally everything first" and I respect that. But I am having excructiating pain using the shift lever in the only two cars I have to drive. So .... yeah.
@wolfwoman @CinnamonGirlE What reasons are they giving for the refusal?
