Got through my run no problems, then moved ont to weights and I suddenly felt sick and nauseous... Finished out my set and came home skipping the elliptical.
I do not think this body appreciates being vaccinated. I waited 3 days and something still is upset.

@SatuUnelmia I have not. I've been very lucky to avoid it. That said I still mask, and Ive been getting regular boosters
@NiveusLepus I however have not gotten Covid and everyone else in my family has at least once.

@NiveusLepus I was just thinking that maybe you are getting sick from the booster because you haven’t had Covid at all. Maybe the people that don’t get sick have been exposed to it without knowing and don’t have issues with the booster. That’s why I asked, out of curiosity. Hope you stay safe and well! 💕💕💕

@NiveusLepus I had something that sounded so much like Covid years ago. Valley fever. I was really sick for months. I had told my mom when it first came out in 2020, that it sounded like what I had in 1993. Then they said people that had Covid felt better after the second shot. I felt fantastic, better than I had in years. They are now doing a study between Long Covid and Valley Fever, valley fever has a small amount of people that get really sick. I had been sent to the CDC.
