Good morning groovy souls!
After a solid run yesterday and over 10 hours of loading and unloading moving trucks, and moving heavy furniture and boxes up and down stairs, I'm feeling pretty sore this morning.
As such I'm not going to run today, but will instead be doing some active recovery.
I leave Utah tomorrow for home. It's been a great trip!
