I had a great run and a much better morning pushing hard! Best mile 9:30!!!!
I’m limiting it to 4.30 miles to 5 miles a day this week to focus on active recovery. Still I was rocking it!

@NiveusLepus Oh I'm starving myself for vanity, BP and my internist but I lost 11 pounds since last vacation.
